TiE Mentor Panel Cohort

After a successful series of Mentoring and Guiding a group of entrepreneurs, mentors who are charter members of TiE Delhi-NCR representing a cross section of successful entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders who have not only achieved success in the domain (SIG) but also have a strong inclination to give back via mentoring to entrepreneurs in the same domain invite you to the 2nd series of Mentoring Cohort, a focused and dedicated mentoring program for entrepreneurs!

Why Apply?

  • Mentorship and guidance from experienced entrepreneurs, professionals, corporate leaders, domain experts and investors
  • Structured programs customized to the participating entrepreneurs mentoring need, domain space, experience and background
  • Focus on delivering tangible outcomes leading to a demonstrable difference in the participating mentees’ entrepreneurial journey at the end of the program
  • Framework to track and measure mentee progress

Framework:

  • Each sector SIG will have two mentor panels comprising of 3 mentors each
  • The shortlisted mentees will undergo the 4-6 month mentoring engagement and will be mentored by the mentor panel on one predefined day (for e.g., last Saturday) each month
  • The mentees would be expected to work on the mentor panel’s recommendation and possible target milestones
  • The secretariat will be documenting and tracking the progress of each mentee and will work with the mentee in supporting them in meeting their goals
  • The mentor panel may recommend mentoring by a functional expert in which case an appropriate session will be set up for the mentee
